How would your day be like on
the day of surgery?

After you reach our hitech eye hospital, drops will be put in the eye to be operated which might take half an hour to one hour. Then you would be shifted to the operation theatre. The eye would be cleaned and draped. All aseptic precautions would be taken. Phaco surgery and lens implantation would be done. The actual procedure would take only a few minutes. If you opt for topical phaco you would walk out of the OT without bandage, just wearing goggles. Whatever is best would be done for you. After a rest of an hour you would be good to go home. All instructions would be explained to you. It would be good if somebody accompanies you on the day of operation.
